MRU Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 31 150 938 113), trading as Statement Zen (“Statement Zen”, “we”, “us”) provides a cloud-based vendor statement reconciliation platform that uses artificial intelligence to match uploaded vendor statements against accounting records in Xero, QuickBooks, and Vista by Viewpoint (“the Service”). The Service is accessible at app.statementzen.com.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@statementzen.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
New accounts include a permanent free tier with a monthly allowance of verified statements, at no cost and with no payment method required. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time when you need more volume. You are only charged for statements we verify — results we cannot verify do not count against your allowance.

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of MRU Consulting Pty Ltd (trading as Statement Zen). Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You retain all rights to the data you upload. We claim no ownership over your financial documents or accounting data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statement Zen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for accuracy, AI-powered matching is not a substitute for professional accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all reconciliation results.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
