What counts as a “statement”?

One statement is one vendor account reconciled to a verified closing balance. The unit is the answer, not the paperwork:

An 80-page statement from one supplier (hundreds of invoices, one account) = 1 statement.
A single PDF with 80 different suppliers’ statements stapled together = 80 statements.
Pages, line items, and file size never change the price.

What happens if you can't verify a statement?

We tell you. It comes back as an honest “needs review” with the reason — and it does not cost a credit. We never invent a closing balance to fill a gap.

Do longer or scanned statements cost more?

No. A one-page statement and an eighty-page statement from the same supplier are both one statement. Our own engine makes the compute difference negligible, so we don't pass a page charge on to you.

Which accounting systems do you work with?

Any ERP or accounting package that can export a CSV, Excel, or PDF — Xero, QuickBooks, Viewpoint, Vista, Sage, MYOB, TechOne, and more. There is no integration to build and nothing to install.

Can I cancel anytime?
